Q: “What is the battery range of the electric scooter? How long does it take to fully charge it? ”
The battery range is approximately 25-60 kilometers (the specific value is subject to the actual indication of the product). The actual battery range is affected by factors such as road conditions and load. The charging time is usually 4-6 hours.
Q: “What is the maximum speed and load-bearing capacity?”
The maximum speed is 25-45 kilometers per hour (the speed varies for different models), and the maximum load-bearing capacity is 150 kilograms (the load varies for different models), which can meet the daily commuting needs.
Q: “Is it suitable for use in rainy days or on rough roads?”
It supports daily waterproofing (IPX7 ), but it is recommended to avoid heavy rain or waterlogged roads. It is recommended to use it on flat roads. Some models are equipped with shock-absorbing tires and can adapt to mild bumps. Off-road models of electric scooters can adapt to bumpy sections.
Q: “Is the braking system safe?”
The braking system is sensitive and stable. It is recommended to wear a helmet and comply with traffic rules.
Q: “Are there models suitable for users who are relatively short/tall? ”
Some models have the function of adjusting the height of the handlebars.
Q: “Do I need a driver's license or a license plate?”
It complies with the standards for electric scooters. A driver's license is not required. However, please abide by the local traffic regulations and wear a helmet.
Q: “Can it carry passengers or be equipped with a child seat? ”
The electric scooter is designed for single-person riding. Overloading may affect the balance and the service life of the motor. If there is a need for seating, you can purchase accessories for installation. Officially, carrying passengers is not supported for now.
During the purchasing
Q: “Is warranty service supported? How long is the warranty period?”
The whole electric scooter comes with a warranty of three months, and the battery has a warranty period of one year. You can contact the customer service for warranty service with the purchase certificate.
Q: “What are the payment methods available? Does it support installment payment? ”
Payment via PayPal is supported. Installment payment is not available for now. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: “Does the delivery include installation? How should I operate it after receiving it? ”
The whole vehicle will be delivered, and it can be used right after unpacking (the handlebars need to be manually unfolded and locked). An installation video and an instruction manual are included as a gift, and the installation can be completed within 3 minutes.
Q: “Can the delivery time be specified? ”
You can make a note of your desired delivery time slot when placing an order.
Q: “How can I track the logistics after the order has been shipped?”
You can track it in real time in [My Orders] or on the official website of the logistics company FedEx.
Q: “Are there any discounts if I purchase multiple units?”
If you purchase more than one unit, you can enjoy a discounted price. Please contact our online customer service to customize a discount plan.
After purchase
Q: “Can I return or exchange the goods after receiving them?”
Return and exchange within 15 days are supported in case of quality problems (please keep the product packaging box in good condition).
Q: “How can I determine whether it meets the conditions for return or exchange? “
If there is non-human-caused damage (such as motor failure or abnormal battery conditions), you can apply for a return or exchange. Just submit the fault video/photo in the background for a quick review.
Q: “Are all the accessories included? What additional items do I need to purchase? ”
A charger, a tool kit and an instruction manual are included as standard. It is recommended to additionally purchase safety accessories such as a helmet and a bike lock.
Q: “How long does the delivery take? Is free shipping available?”
It will be delivered within 5 to 7 days in major cities. When you purchase an electric scooter, you can enjoy free shipping service, and the specific details shall be subject to the prompts at the time of product purchase. Please pay attention to the delivery information in a timely manner and communicate with the customer service.
Q: “How can I have the vehicle repaired in case of a breakdown? Does the service include on-site repair? ”
It is preferably recommended to send the vehicle back to the after-sales service center. On-site inspection and repair services are provided in some cities (Please consult the online customer service for the specific service scope).
Q: “How should I store it if I don't use it for a long time? Do I need to take out the battery?“
It is recommended to charge it to 50%-70% before storage, turn off the power supply, and place it in a cool and dry place. There is no need to remove the battery separately.
