Product Availability and Purchase

All products on offer are subject to stock availability. Therefore, the delivery time may vary, and we will notify you in advance. If there is no stock at the time, the product order can be cancelled, and a similar product will be offered as a replacement. If there is any price difference, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

 

Some products displayed in the store are for display only. It is up to the customer to decide whether to take the display item or wait for the product to restock. Tantubike does not provide furniture moving services. Thus, we recommend measuring the space of the room or elevator and paying attention to the product dimensions before making a purchase.

 

Shipping companies may refuse to deliver based on a risk assessment at the time of delivery. If the customer requests otherwise, they will be responsible for any damage to the product or the building structure (such as stairs, elevators, etc.).

Order Confirmation and Prices

All product prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost will be specified separately in each order and must be accepted and paid by the customer as part of the total order amount.

Customers should be aware that there may be cases where an order cannot be processed for various reasons. Tantubike reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Tantubike will provide customers with the most accurate price information. However, errors may occur, such as when the price of an item is incorrectly displayed on sales platforms or on the store label, or does not match the current promotion. The company reserves the right to reject or cancel any order containing an item purchased at an incorrect price. If the price of an item is incorrect, tantubike will contact the customer to request instructions or cancel the order and will notify the customer of the cancellation.

 

If there is a discrepancy between the price shown on the website and the physical label in the store for the same product, it is necessary to verify that it is the same product. Tantubike reserves the right to update the product price immediately according to the authorized public selling price.

 

In the case of promotional campaigns applicable only to a certain number of items of one or more products, tantubike reserves the right to offer a price different from that indicated on the website, as these are selected items.

Product Delivery

Tantubike will send the products purchased by the customer to the specified delivery address, provided that it is the same address indicated at the time of purchase.

 

Products will be shipped and delivered by tantubike or shipping companies. The customer agrees to abide by the delivery policies of the shipping companies for the shipping and delivery of products. These policies are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Payment

Payment for orders placed on the website or in the store can be made through any of the payment methods offered by tantubike. The order number assigned during the transaction is for information purposes only and does not imply tantubike's acceptance of the transaction. If there is a problem with the order, the customer will be notified. Payments made on the website or in a store using a credit or debit card are subject to review and approval by the relevant company. Only after payment confirmation will the products be released for delivery to the address specified by the customer.

Terms and Conditions of Use

If the customer specifies a delivery date and time but is not present at the designated time, they must cover the cost of rescheduling the delivery for a new attempt. It is recommended that the customer pay attention to the delivery time and the scheduled delivery date.

 

The delivery time starts from the confirmation of payment by the bank or online payment platform. It is an estimate and may change due to logistics and force majeure. Tantubike will not be liable for any issues in this regard.

 

At the time of delivery, the person receiving the goods may be required to present official identification.

 

It is recommended that the customer check the integrity and quality of the received products upon delivery. If the customer is not satisfied with the products, they should refuse the delivery from the shipping company and contact tantubike immediately.

 

When purchasing products directly from the tantubike store and picking them up, the customer is obliged to check that the delivered product meets their complete satisfaction and is in perfect condition.

Storage Fee Policy

Starting from the date of the in - store pickup order, customers have a maximum of 40 days to collect their order. If the customer does not pick up the order within this period, an additional storage fee of 1% of the total order amount will be charged for each additional day of storage, up to a maximum of 60 days. After 60 days, the order will be considered abandoned, and the store reserves the right to dispose of the products without any liability to the customer. It is important for customers to pay attention to the collection deadline to avoid additional charges and ensure the timely delivery of their products.
